#3.) We were in our feels when CW33’s #NewsFix came through and helped us share the history behind the drive in the people that make up The Sweat Shop. It was truly an honor to share our stories and see how many others have regained their strength mentally and physically through fitness. #2.) Work Hard/Play Hard– Each year besides our focus on gains in the gym, we focus on giving back. This year we took on the challenge of fundraising for some awesome friends! When giving even the smallest efforts are appreciated. Our time, donations and volunteers gave with their hearts and for that we are beyond proud!

We don’t party often but when we do…. This year the theme was an Old Hollywood Affair Grease Lightning Break it down now…
#1.) The gift of appreciation… If you’ve never been to the shop, you may not know that whats makes this place unique. It is the positivity, the people and love. Our team is our family, we are tight-knit and work hard. We were humbled to have received the gift of CARDIO!! Our team surprised us with a brand new Nordic Track treadmill, which means… 2017 watch out!!!!
All in all and amazing year full of blood, sweat & tears!
