This is for everyone! SWEATGANG it’s time to step your game up. You will add this as extra cardio on top of your daily workouts.
Runner friends – just an extra push to keep it going.
Family and friends who want to start but not sure where; THIS IS IT.
For the month of June I challenge you to get active with me. See stories for calendar 🗓
The challenge rules are simple:
1. You will walk or run 1-3 miles a day. (You will track this with a fitness app – Nike Run / Map My Run / Garmin)
2. Drink 1 liter – 1 gallon of water a day (the goal is to get closer to the gallon mark).
3. Share on your stories and post daily as you work to hit your goals. Once you have completed both parts for the day then you will mark your day off the calendar.
